Regarding the hole in Iwasa sandals

Usually, they are made with holes that can be adjusted at your local zori store.

If you would like "no holes", please check the following.

◆Please note that we cannot accept size or color exchanges or returns.

◆We cannot accept zori sandals that are marked as “only with holes”.

◆How to order
When ordering, please select "Made to Order" and enter "I would like to have no holes" in the notes section.
It may take longer to ship than normal made-to-order items. If you have a specific date for use, please contact us.

◆About maintenance
We can only handle adjustments and thong replacements at our company.
The bottom will need to be replaced, so a repair fee of 7,200 yen will be charged.
