How to care for formal bags
-
Karabuki
To remove dirt and dust from the surface of the bag, use a dry, soft cloth to gently pat it. We recommend using a cloth such as microfiber, which does not leave any fibers behind. If foundation gets on your face, wipe it with a damp cloth that has been wrung out thoroughly, then wipe it dry.
-
Dry in a well-ventilated place
If you use it on a rainy day or in a humid season, please dry it in the shade for about a day in a well-ventilated place away from direct sunlight to prevent mold from forming.
*If your item gets scratched or the gusset sticks out because you stuffed it too much, please contact us first as the response will vary depending on the condition of the scratch and the gusset.

How to store formal bags
-
put paper
If you store the bag with the paper (red bean paste) inside it, it will absorb the moisture contained in the bag and prevent the growth of mold. The lightweight series (soft tailored) formal bags also have the role of preventing them from losing their shape.
-
Store in makeup box
Store it in a box in a place that is not exposed to direct sunlight and avoids high temperatures and humidity. If you don't have a box, store it in a drawstring bag. When storing items without putting them in a box, avoid stacking them on top of each other as this may cause deformation.
*Please do not store together with insect repellents, perfumes, etc. as this may cause discoloration, deterioration, and peeling.
*Please note that if the product is exposed to direct sunlight for a long period of time, discoloration may occur due to ultraviolet rays.
How to care and store your horse hair bag
Use a brush with soft bristles to gently brush to remove dirt.
In the unlikely event that your hair stands out and stings, cut it off from the root using thread trimming scissors.
*We do not recommend using oils or creams as they may cause discoloration or stains.
Regarding handling and storage methods
Storing it in a hot and humid place may cause mold to grow. In the unlikely event that mold develops, even if you try to wipe it off with a brush or cloth, the roots of the fungus will penetrate deep into the tissue, leaving traces that will not be cleaned properly.
It is important to prevent mold from forming during storage. They thrive when they are dirty, hot and humid, so please clean them, dry them in a cool, well-ventilated place, and store them in a gift box or drawstring bag.
*Avoid storing in plastic bags or other materials with poor ventilation.
Please refrain from storing it in a bag or box with poor ventilation, as this may cause mold to grow.
*Please store away from direct sunlight or lighting.
