HOW TO GUIDE
First, please browse the Iwasa online shop (formal bags, sandals, Japanese casual bags).
You can choose the shape and specifications from the currently available products and change them to various fabrics.
There are over 300 types of molds available at Iwasa, so you can create your own original bag by combining them.
Planning
We will listen carefully to your requests. We will advise you based on your request. We will provide you with a rough estimate based on sample proposals. (We can make recommendations more smoothly if you provide us with photos or illustrations of products that match your needs.)
Document preparation
After deciding on the design, we create a pattern. We will create a sample based on your pattern and provide you with a quote.
Sample
We will make a sample of one product. Once the product is completed, we ask the customer to confirm the product quality and details.
*Please rest assured that we will be happy to make any corrections after confirming the sample.
*Please note that the cost of sample products will be borne by the customer.
Production
Once the sample product is confirmed, we will receive your order and begin production.
Inspection
After production is completed, Iwasa staff carefully checks the product in-house to ensure there are no defects.
Delivery
After inspection, we will deliver the product to the location specified by the customer.
Aftercare that only a manufacturer can provide
If we find any problem with the product after delivery to the customer, we will repair it.
