Supervised by Kimono Color Coordinator Mr. Noguchi
Zori sandals are recommended as a "versatile pair".
The design was supervised by Mr. Noguchi, a kimono color coordinator, with the theme of ``a versatile pair'' that can be matched with a wide range of coordination, regardless of age, season, or kimono color.
This series focuses on color. From the perspective of coloring, we focused on three points: the base, the thong, and the tip.
-The color of the basic stand is carefully selected to be a color that does not depend on the color of the kimono, like black pumps in clothing.
・The color of the thong is white. White thongs add a sense of cleanliness and have a tightening effect when paired with white tabi socks.
-The color of the tips is white so that it will not be affected by the color matching of kimono, making it easy to match with formal coordination.
IWASA's square is characterized by its feminine and gentle form. The edges are slightly rounded without being too sharp, and the silhouette has a slight curve outwards near the center. It is an original Iwasa shape that is not only sharp and cool, but also provides a sense of stability when you put your feet on it. IWASA's sandals have a W-shaped cushion structure on the entire surface and are designed to disperse the load on the feet, reducing the burden not only on the heel but also on the base of the toes. The bottom is made of non-slip rubber material.
